Plan to fix the floor next Tuesday, but possibly change to Thursday @ 8pm (talk to Darrell first)

Next officer meeting next Wednesday @ 7pm

Cabinet cleanup (today or early next Wed.)

Issue with 2 secret stashes (possibly get a combination lock box – to avoid getting another key)

Need to talk to Mark before buying stuff

Get money straight out of account rather than by getting reimbursed

DUES are due!

Monitor dues on your night ? But if they say they’ve paid then take their word for it since we may have missed the receipt

No selling cookbooks/kidbooks
Sell See’s candies – Lena look into it?
Need permit to sell food on campus
Meeting with Mark to see if feasible then talk to See’s

Vanessa look into CPR/First Aid

Meeting with Mark, Ben, and Karen

Ben will email officers the time of the meeting and anyone who can make it come

Nationals
No cost incurred by the club until 2 months before the event (Feb)
We don’t have to pay most of the money until the week of the event so we should already have money by then…yay!!
