Officer Meeting Minutes Mar. 30th, 2006

Summary

Because the officers lapsed in assigning a secretary at the start of the meeting, detailed minutes are unavailable. Instead, the Historian, having jurisdiction over the past, will try to reconstitute the major themes.

Ben has completed proposed constitutional changes for the NAIGC and related documents. Initial responses have been positive, and one gymnast has already nominated himself for a board position.

600 T-shirts have been ordered, and the process is progressing through BYOG. Ben offered Karen a proposal, in which she uses her designer's work for the program, giving her reason to compensate him for his earlier work.

George and Jon Norman have already been selected as announcers for Nationals, but more may be needed.

It is no longer clear if we have sufficient men's judges. This task has been Karen's for some time.

We are awaiting news of when we will have the smaller trucks available to coordinate small pickups over sunday or monday.

officers discussed fees for spectators, coaches, advisors, etc. A concensus seems to be forming about charging all students, even non-competing team members $2 for admission, $5 general public. Final decision awaits Karen's input.

The session schedule Karen provided seems too long. Ben provided a terser version, and is awaiting comment.
