Officer Meeting Minutes Mar. 2, 2006

Held during the BBall concession stand fundraiser (vs UCLA – we lost)

getting mats from Head Over Heels should be fine.

National Sponsorships
Shannon has 21 letters to be mailed tomorrow

Local Sponsorships
Vanessa:
We need ideally 8 people to go solicit sponsorships in pairs next week. Need to send vanessa your availability
Since it’s over 50 places, we are using a general letter rather than changing the letter for each business (cuz that would be a pain!!)
Vanessa is printing ~150 letters and will drop them off at the gym next week
Collect contact info for each business and call 5 days later to make sure the letters got to management
We can take checks on the spot but that won’t happen unless the owner is right there
Need a high resolution JPEG of the advertisement
Bring stamped addressed envelopes to hand out
Lena is printing 100 envelopes with the address that is on the registration form
Andres is buying 100 stamps
