Officer Meeting Minutes Feb. 9, 2006

Location:
concession stand #2, meeting lasted about 10 minutes, limited discussion, updates communicated through email.

Registration update:
Ben has developed a new registration system - awaiting coordination with Paul to get it online some time after Friday. Working through emailing receipts and recording info for 30+ letters received.

Dues payment options update
We can accept dues payment in gym and deposit in gym drop box. Need to get forms and envelopes together for this and make sure everyone knows the system. Forms are now in the gym.

Some help update:
Leilah, Cheryl and Michelle would all like to start attending our meetings. We'll be including them on future email correspondence.

Sponsorship letter update:
Andres is having difficulty getting national sponsor contact information. Vanessa will coordinate an officer outing in Oakland next Saturday to seek out advertisers for our program.

To Do Immediately:
-Pay people

• UC Davis Women's gymnastics: $3000
• UC Berkeley Women's gymnastics $3000
• UC Berkeley men's gymnastics: $1500
• Karen Owok: $500
• Lena was assigned this task. Need to fill out blue forms in sport clubs office.

-Figure out who's coordinating Away meets:
UC Davis meet: Saturday, March 11, 11:30am warmups - UCLA and OSU will be there, we have a Cal men's gymnastics meet equipment setup fundraiser that day, starting either 3 or 4.

UCLA meet: either Saturday evening, March 18, or Sunday morning, March 19. UCLA prefers Saturday, requests that I email confirmation that we can attend, and provide estimate. Tell them Saturday at 6 seems ok.
Andres and Leilah were assigned to coordinate these meets.
