Officer Meeting Minutes Feb. 16, 2006

Sponsorship status:
Andres found online sponsorship information for Gillette and Visa. We are not allowed to go after Visa. We need to get a lot more information about national sponsors in a hurry if this is going to happen.
Vanessa will coordinate trip to Oakland on Saturday. Meet at gym on Saturday 11am. Vanessa, Ben, Lena, Paul will go write down business names to present to Mark for approval.

Equipment for nationals:
Ben spoke to Darrell about free-standing adapters for uneven bars. Waiting on confirmation from him that there is no rental option before coordinating purchase. If we purchase, cost will be $2900 + $750 shipping. Item will generate revenue for Golden Bear. Money will come from the club's equipment expenditure account, not the nationals account. This should meet our club's equipment purchase obligation for 2 years. Money is available in club's account for this purchase.
Still need to secure a few more mats from Golden Bear or Head Over Heels Gymnastics for nationals. Also need one beam. Davis will rent us beam mats, but not their beam.
