Officer Meeting Minutes January 22, 2007

Officers' days in the gym:
1. Justin- Thursday
2. Thomas- 1/2 day Tuesday and 1/2 day Thursday (beginning half)
3. Elaine- Monday
4. Irene- Monday
5. Lena- Thursday
6. Shannon- Wednesday
.7 Ben- Tuesday
8. Carolyn- Wednesday

Nationals:
- April 12th-14th
- In Cincinnati, Ohio
- Team registration fees due February 1st
- February 1st is also the deadline for committment to go to Nationals
- Everyone's non-airfare expenses will be paid for. Airfare expense will be paid based on a scholarship application. Minimum fundraisers you must attend to receive a full scholarship: 5. Minimum fundraisers needed to attend for a half scholarship: 3. (Meet set-up= 1/2 fundraiser credit. Set-up and tear-down= 1 full fundraiser credit.)
- Must compete in 2 meets to qualify for Nationals

February 10th meet at Davis

Spring Fundraisers:
- Listed on the website
- Officers ahve to go to 1/2 of the fundraisers

Spring dues are due February 1st (officers don't have to pay dues)
