Officer Meeting Minutes August 26, 2008

Gym club fliers to be re-made by Julie, to include a map to the gym and possibly a
guy. Mike and Andres will post fliers in dorms.

New officer nights.
Monday: Lena and Julie (open); Lena (close)
Tuesday Michael (open); George (close)
Wednesday: Andres and Julie (open and close)
Thursday: Mike (open); George (close)

Lena will contact Cheryl so as to update website.
Binder is in the cabinet. All officers responsible to keep it updated.
Meeting for sport club officers at on September 3rd, at 170 Barrows Hall, from
7pm-9pm. Julie and Mike said they would go.
