Welcome to the Cal Gymnastics Club!
The University of California, Berkeley's Cal Gymnastics Club is a student-run club for students and members of the local community. The club provides facilities and coaching for gymnasts of all levels in a collegial and relaxed atmosphere. It also provides opportunity for competition in the NAIGC (National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs). The club exists as part of the University of California, Berkeley's Cal Sport Clubs program through the Department of Recreational Sports.
The Cal Gymnastics Club is committed to providing instruction to UC students, faculty, staff, and community members. Experience does not exclude anyone from joining our club, as we accommodate the inexperienced all the way up to the competitive gymnast.

Our Sixth CAL Gymnastics Club "Kid's Night Out"!
When: Saturday, Dec. 5 from 6pm-10pm
Where: Golden bear recreational center at 25 Sport Ln in Berkeley
Who: All children ages 4-14
How Much: $35 per child and $25 for each sibling
Sign up early for a discounted price of $30 per child and $20 for
each additional. Sign-ups sheets are posted on the second floor of

All staff are GBRC coaches and are safety certified!
Pizza and games will be included!

T-Shirts
We have three styles of Cal Gymnastics Club T-shirts available for sale in the gym.
The price for all t-shirts is $10. The newest white t-shirts are available in adult sizes S, M, L, XL.
The grey t-shirts available in adult sizes M, L, XL. The black t-shirts are only available in
adult size XL. lf you are interested in purchasing a t-shirt, just ask one of the officers about it in the gym.
Picking up mats in the gym
Darrell has asked our club to please make sure that all the mats and various gymnastics training
tools are put away in their proper location when we leave the gym each night. The club officers will
take responsibility for ensuring that this happens, but any help we can get from club members taking
the initiative to put their own mats away would help us out a lot, and be greatly appreciated. When
we leave the gym each night, all the mats around the various apparatus need to be free of all debris
and all other landing mats. All the 4-inch mats should be stacked at the end of the tumble track, and
the 8-inch mats should be stacked at the end of the full height beam that is closest to the door (next to the
tumble track). If you can put away the mats you use, as well as one other mat, before you leave, it will
make the officers' job at the end of the night much easier. Thanks for your help.
